SPEAKER
Sammy Basu is the founder and CISO of Careful Security, a cybersecurity services provider based in Southern California. He has worked in cybersecurity for Fortune 500 companies Goldman Sachs, Pfizer, State Farm Insurance, EA Sports, and Warner Bros for fifteen plus years. He got drawn into this subject from his love of reading detective novels and marveling at Sherlock Holmes solving mysteries.
Sammy has a CISSP, CISA, GPEN and GMON certification and a MS in Information Security and Assurance. He shares his thoughts on solving cybersecurity challenges in his recently published book: CISO Wisdom : Cybersecurity Untangled
