Dinner Meeting Topic:
“Careers in the Era of Disruptive Technology – How to stay relevant in the era of Blockchain, Robotic Process Automation, and AI”
|
We often follow traditional routes to achieve our career goals—whether it’s starting in an IT audit department or moving up the ranks in an Information Security organization and aspiring to become a CISO. However, there are many different paths to your ultimate dream job. As Robert Frost puts it, when you look at forks in your career, you can take the “one less traveled by” and often, that makes all the difference.
Our annual ISACA Career Night—moderated by Thomas Phelps IV, CIO of Laserfiche—will focus on several industry veterans who will share their story about how they achieved career success. The panelists will also discuss job opportunities at their organizations—and provide valuable insights on what they look for in hiring top talent.
3:30-5:00 Pre-Meeting — Resume, Cover Letter and Interviewing Workshop
Do you want to get selected for a first round or second round campus interview with a great company? Are you an experienced professional with 10+ years of experience and have a resume that already looks like a novel, but hasn’t turned out to be a best seller?
