Board agendas should continue to evolve in 2018 as the game changing implications of technology/digital innovation, scrutiny of corporate culture, growing demands to address environmental and social issues, and long term performance all drive a sharper focus on positioning the company for the future.
A recurring topic on the Board’s agenda is the emerging threat around Cyber Security. Not only is the cyber threat not going away, it is growing more sophisticated and aggressive, with implications for nearly every facet of the business. In this presentation, Paul Torres, Director in our Cyber Security practice will talk about Cyber Security Fundamentals and Internal Audit’s Role in helping the Board mitigate today’s Cyber Security threats.
