Janice Riblet, IT Audit Director at Southern California Edison, is the chairperson of the forum.
This forum is intended for IT audit directors and managers only. Topic: Social Media. Janet Zhu and Abbas Salehmohamed will moderate this session. Janet Zhu, MSBA, CISA, CIA, is VP and IT Audit Manager, and Abbas Salehmohamed, MBA, CISA, is AVP and IT Auditor–both at City National Bank. While the social media revolution has flattened communication hierarchies and promoted more collaboration than ever before, it has also introduced a multitude of risks that organizations did not have to mitigate until the recent past. In this session, we will discuss several key risks that accompany adoption and usage of social media for business and in the workplace, and outline approaches to reviewing social media practices through discussions on key audit considerations. |
