Program ObjectivesThis program is to assist candidates in preparing for the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) examination. The exam is given on June 8, 2013. This examination requires intensive study of the subject areas included in the common body of knowledge of information systems auditing. The candidate is expected to demonstrate their proficiency in all areas required for the certificate. The four Saturday (total 21 hour) sessions are not intended to be basic teaching sessions. The candidates should have proper educational background in all of the subject areas. The sessions are designed to review the five domains that comprise information systems auditing and to clarify the more difficult material. The sessions will include lectures and discussions with time for questions raised by the participants. NOTE: This review course is intended to assist participants in their preparation for the exam. However, there is no guarantee that completion of the course will ensure passage of the examination.
