Thomas Phelps IV is the Vice President of Corporate Strategy & CIO for Laserfiche, a global enterprise content management (ECM) software company. Laserfiche provides award-winning solutions (web forms, workflow automation, digital signatures, document management) to manage enterprise content and automate business processes. Thomas leads IT, vertical marketing, analyst relations and major corporate initiatives. He is part of the executive team that launched Laserfiche Cloud in 2015.
Previously, Thomas was the national entertainment and media champion for cybersecurity at PwC.
Thomas has co-authored/contributed to five books, including Risks of Customer Relationship Management—a joint publication by PwC and ISACA—and Telecommunications Cost Management published by CRC Press. He is a Past-President of ISACA Los Angeles and is currently on the ISACA International 50th Anniversary Advisory Panel. Along with speaking at the Harvard IT Summit and instructing the CISA Review Course, Thomas guest lectures at USC and CSU-Long Beach on security, data analytics and marketing. He is on the Executive Board for UCLA IS Associates and serves as the Co-President of Ascend Los Angeles. He has been quoted in Business News Daily, CBS Pulse, CIO Review, InvestmentNews, LA Times, TechTarget and others. |

Amy Vuong is a Director in KPMG’s Information Technology and Advisory practice in Los Angeles with over 14 years of experience, focusing on Sarbanes Oxley (internal and external audit support), IT Security, business process redesign, SOC 1 reporting, and ERP system implementations. She has substantial experience selling, planning and leading IT advisory engagements across several industries, including Entertainment, Life Science, Education and Technology.
Amy’s domain-level expertise is centered around IT project assessments; Sarbanes-Oxley 404 testing of IT systems; and controls risk assessments and control environment optimization. Amy received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business. She leads KPMG LA’s Recruitment efforts at USC, mentors a number of staff members, and is active in KPMG’s Network of Women (KNOW).

Captain Alan Hamilton is the Commanding Officer of the Recruitment and Employment Division at the Los Angeles Police Department. LAPD has 10,000 sworn officers and about 3,000 civilian employees serving over 4 million people. LAPD has dedicated cybersecurity and forensics employees focused on the U.S. Secret Service Task Force on Cybercrime, the Technical Investigations Division and other task forces.
Captain Hamilton began his career as an officer and had increasing responsibilities as a detective and sergeant. He later worked as a Lieutenant in Patrol, Gang Impact Team, Detective Commanding Officer, Burglary Task Force and Assistant Commanding Officer of Scientific Investigation Division assignments.
He has also been a long time member of the Los Angeles Police Department Mentor Program. Captain Hamilton was also involved in the implementation of the Cyber Crime Consortium, a joint project between the Los Angeles Police Department, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and University of Southern California Viterbi Information Sciences Institute.

Andrei Bostan is a Senior Consultant in EY’s Risk Advisory practice in Los Angeles, with over 4 years of experience. Prior to this, Andrei served EY for two years in the Bucharest, Romania office. He has served clients from various industries, but mainly the financial sector. His expertise includes assessing and reporting on IT related risks as required by industry standards or requirements, such as Sarbanes Oxley, Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act, both from external or internal auditor perspective.
