New for 2013, the Spring Conference will feature a new Student Poster Presentations program. We invite full-time undergraduate and graduate students to submit poster presentations on research and work in the field of IT governance, control, security and assurance. Work being done in conjunction with a professor is permitted. The poster session can also showcase the activities of ISACA Student Chapters.
For the first 10 students whose poster presentation is accepted, you will receive FREE conference registration for all 3 days (a $675 value) and a one-year student membership to ISACA (a $25 value)! Students are responsible for the cost of travel and accommodations.

Topics include issues and risks related to social media, mobile technology risks (BYOD) IAM, security governance, cloud computing strategies, threats to privacy as well as internal controls and Sessions are designed to include the latest security topics to enhance the skills of audit, security, and IT professionals. | Through demonstration and discussion of checklists and programs, this track will help audit and IT professionals identify technological risks to the business and operational environments, and how to use relevant business analysis as well as technology tools and techniques. Eran Feigenbaum Director of Security for Google Apps |
As the Director of Security for Google Apps, Eran defines and implements security strategy for Google’s suite of solutions of Enterprise Products. Prior to joining Google in 2007, Eran was the US Chief Information Security Officer for PricewaterhouseCoopers(PwC). At PwC, he led a team responsible for all aspects of network, server, application, and desktop computer security, as well as security policies, architectures, standards and enforcement. Earlier, Eran spent several years designing and implementing high-performance cryptosystems for electronic commerce solutions for Fortune 1000 clients and government agencies. Eran holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of California at Irvine, and an MBA from Pepperdine University. In his spare time, he enjoys performing magic and mentalism and was featured on the NBC television show “Phenomenon.” |
